Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders purchases. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for this

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or has not yet been released.

At checkout, we may collect either: No payment, A partial deposit, or Full payment (depending on the product).If you placed a pre-order with a deposit or partial payment, you may cancel the order any time before it is fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
